Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/PVP Crosspolymer (and) Aqua. SolPerForm™ 100 by Croda acts as a film-former. It is a crosspolymer of hydrolyzed wheat protein and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), which is produced by a free radical polymerization process.
- It boosts SPF and UVA protection factor by improving the distribution of the active over the skin without affecting the skin feel.
- It provides no sticky after-feel and SPF values are significantly increased, in some cases by as much as 70% or more.
- It contains 1% phenoxyethanol and 0.2% potassium sorbate as preservative.
- SolPerForm™ 100 is used in sun protection, skin care, O/W sunscreen emulsions, color cosmetics, lotions and creams and lip care products.
