Paraffinum Liquidum (and) Cetearyl Alcohol (and) PEG-30 Lanolin (and) PEG-75 Lanolin. Sebase by Croda is a self emulsifying, non-ionic O/W base with excellent emollience and lubricity. It is EDTA-free, plant and petrochemical derived ingredient, and also used as a binder for pressed powders.
