O.D.A.white™

Octadecenedioic Acid. O.D.A.white™ by Sederma (Croda International Group) acts as a skin conditioning, lightening and whitening agent. It is obtained by bio-fermentation from natural and vegetable oleic acid. It is a skin brightening ingredient which inhibits the entire metabolic pathway of melanin synthesis from the nucleus of the melanocyte. It targets tyrosinase mRNA via the PPARg complex and decreases tyrosinase and melanin production. It treats skin pigmentation disorders such as freckles, melasma, hyper-pigmentation and general dark color of the ethnic skin. O.D.A.white™ is designed for formulating antiperspirants & deodorants, body, face/ neck skin care products. Complies with IECIC.
