Polyquaternium-70; Dipropylene Glycol. Used in all shampoo systems like clear shampoos, conditioning shampoos, 2-in-1 shampoo systems, frequent-use and baby shampoos and men’s shampoos. Possesses detangling and conditioning properties. Offers benefits such as substantivity, increased hair fiber resistance to frizz, frizz control and resistance to build-up. Provides retention of shine from shampoo systems and manageability.
