Crodasone™ Cystine

Cystine Bis-PG- Propyl Silanetriol (and) Aqua. Crodasone™ Cystine by Croda acts as a conditioning agent and film-former. It is a copolymer of the amino acid cystine and silicone. It crosslinks on drying to form a protective film.

• It prevents and repairs hair cuticle damage, penetrates the cuticle to condition from within, and bonds covalently to hair keratin.
• Its functionality is enhanced by heat activation.
• It also improves curl retention after perming and enhances the sheen/gloss of hair.
• It imparts shine, vibrancy, hydrating, moisturizing and nourishing properties.
• It has 0.8% phenonip and 0.4% phenoxyethanol as preservatives.
• It is suitable for use in all hair care applications including perms and mascaras.
• It is used in hair color, hair conditioners-rinse off, hair relaxing/ permanent waves, shampoos and styling formulations.
