Cithrol™ PGTL

Tri(Polyglyceryl-3/Lauryl) Hydrogenated Trilinoleate. Cithrol™ PGTL by Croda is a non-ionic water-in-oil emulsifier. This high-performance system is 100% bio-based and a great alternative to traditional PEG based systems. It allows for the creation of a variety of unexpected formulation sensories and offers outstanding efficiency and versatility, being compatible with a large variety of cosmetic ingredients. It is EO/PO, preservative, EDTA, BHT/BHA free. Cithrol™ PGTL is suggested for light, high internal phase emulsions, fluid sunscreens and color cosmetics, as well as more traditional rich creams. It is also used in antiperspirants & deodorants, skin care (face/neck, body), scalp treatments, leg & foot care as well as after sun products.
