Glycogem Leontopodium

Glycerin, Aqua, Leontopodium Alpinum meristem cell culture, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans. Acts as an anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, anti-oxidant and restructuring active. It is derived from stems of Leontopodium Alpinum (Edelweiss) complexed with Hydrolyzed GAG. The active elements produced by the cell cultures in vitro of Leontopodium Alpinum have been recognized in: phenylpropanoids, phytosterols, aminoacids, polysaccharides, with restructuring, protective and energizing activity. It develops a strong anti aging activity due to its anti collagenase properties. It also shows an antioxidant and radical scavenger action, more important than the most part of the antioxidants commonly used. Used in skin care preparations.
