Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil. Apricot Oil by Connect Chemicals acts as an emollient and nourishing agent. It is obtained by cold pressing the kernels of apricot. It contains high amount of natural antioxidants, unsaturated acids and vitamin E. Apricot kernels have an oil content of 40-50%. It exhibits calming effect on inflamed or irritated skin. It promotes the elasticity of the skin, therefore used in the treatment of stretch marks. Offers velvety and soft feel to the skin. It improves other natural oils efficacy (coconut, almond, etc). It is non skin-sensitizing or irritating, quickly & easily absorbed by the skin and provides excellent sensory profile. It stimulates the production of sebum in dry and sensitive skin.
