Water, Hydrolyzed algin, Magnesium sulfate, Manganese sulfate. THALITAN P by Codif acts as a tanning agent, protective and anti-aging active. It is a marine polysaccharide associated with manganese and magnesium ions. Contains phenoxyethanol as preservative. This active stimulates melanin synthesis (Endothelin-like) to increase its solar protection ability (before exposure) or to obtain a more marked tan (pro-bronzing). It also protects the epidermal immune cells (Langerhans cell) against pro-free radical attack of UVB as well as the dendritic cells of the dermis from UVA. THALITAN P is used in skin and sun care formulations.
