Acrylates/Palmeth-25 Acrylate Copolymer.RHEOSTYL™ E-Cream by Coatex (Arkema Group) acts as a polymeric emulsifier. It is an amphiphilic polymer that strongly adsorb at the oil/water interface. It is recommended for 100% emulsifier free formulations. It develops thin to thick smooth texture without cheesecake effect. It has an excellent electrolyte tolerance. It has a creamy and cushion sensorial. It develops bouncy textures with an exceptional pick-up. Due to its polymeric nature, it provides a water resistance in formulation largely improved compared to standard emulsifiers. It is used to emulsify at low shear rate with a simple blade (1000 rpm) in cold process. RHEOSTYL™ E-Cream is suggested for all O/W emulsion-based formulations for skin care, body care, sun care and color cosmetics. It is globally approved.
