Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer. RHEOSTYL™ 90 N by Coatex (Arkema Group) acts as an excellent thickener. It combines very high thickening efficiency with unique crystal clear appearance. It thickens instantly after neutralization. It allows the design of outstanding perfectly transparent formulations with honey like flow. It is effective from neutral pH to highly alkaline pH and thickens synergistically with salts. Compatible with mild and sulfate-free surfactants. RHEOSTYL™ 90 N is a low viscosity aqueous liquid emulsion, easily incorporated in any type of formulations. Used in purely clear shower gels, shampoos, facial cleansers, aqueous skin care formulas and liquid hand soaps. Also used in challenging surfactant systems such as mild low surfactant content or sulfate free formulas.
