Plantec Refined shea butter

Is preservative free butter. Acts as a skin as well as scalp emollient and moisturizer. Is widely used to protect skin from weather, sun’s UV, photo-aging and to eliminate superficial irritations. The high level of fatty acids (dominated by oleic, stearic and linoleic acids) and the unsaponifiable fraction contribute to moisturize the epidermis and to retain the elasticity of the skin. Restores the skin flexibility and elasticity. Possesses anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory actions. Adds softness to hair. Offers enhancement of the sun protection factor of organic sunscreens. Helps to stabilize emulsions and to adjust viscosity. Used in cleaning products (super fatting material for the skin), hair care products, hand, face and body creams/butters, sun care products as well as soaps.
