Methylparaben (100%). Nipagin® M by Clariant is a short-chain paraben preservative. It provides a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria & fungi.
  • It offers low order of toxicity and stability over a broad pH-range.
  • It exhibits effectiveness at low concentrations and shows good biodegradability at environmental concentrations.
  • It is used in hair conditioners, color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants, bar- and liquid soaps.
  • It is also used for shampoos, showers, sun protection and hair styling products.
  • Nipagin® M is recommended for wet wipes, syndets, creams and lotions.
