CETAROL™ PQ7

Polyquaternium-7. CETAROL™ PQ7 by CISME Italy is a cationic copolymer in aqueous solution having excellent compatibility with most anionic surfactants at wide pH. It gives good substantial effect to hair without build-up, to confer conditioning properties in shampoo balsam products, to improve wet and dry combing without greasy feel, and to alleviate potential damage on hair fiber due to surfactants. It provides high substantial effect to keratin and soft velvet long-lasting feel to skin. If added to the blend of anionic surfactants, it may give a poly-salt complex and cause slight cloudiness which disappears with agitation. CETAROL™ PQ7 is used in hair-care products, shower gels, liquid soaps, bath foams, shaving lotions and creams.
