Dextrin isostearate. Unifilma HVY by Chiba Flour Milling is a quick film forming agent. It is plant derived and forms soft, flexible & waterproof films. It offers shape retention, uniformity, hydrophobicity, protection and excellent adhesiveness to the skin & hair. It improves pigment dispersion. It alters the texture of a substance, imparting thickness and adhesive power at high concentrations and glassiness at low concentrations. It is compatible with oils, has no stickiness and provides long lasting liquid rouge. Moreover, it prevents peelability of films and color transfer. Unifilma HVY finds application in formulating lip gloss, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, skincare products (cream, oil serum, foundation, sunscreen, hair care products and treatments. It is Ecocert and COSMOS approved.
