Dextrin Myristate. Rheopearl MKL2 by Chiba Flour Milling acts an oil thickener/ stabilizer, wax texture enhancer and gellant. It is a polymeric ester derived from vegetable raw materials, obtained through esterification of sugars and fatty acids. It forms clear, transparent & hard gels and is suitable for hydrocarbon & ester oils. It increases viscosity of oils, improves pigment dispersion and improves stability of emulsions. Rheopearl MKL2 is used in lip gloss, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, skincare products cream, oil serum), foundation and sunscreen.
