Methyl 4-Hydroxybenzoate Sodium salt

Methyl 4-Hydroxybenzoate Sodium salt by CD Formulation is a cosmetic preservative. It is the sodium salt of methylparaben. It is freely soluble in water, sparingly soluble in ethanol (96 per cent), practically insoluble in methylene chloride. Methyl 4-Hydroxybenzoate Sodium salt is stable under normal temperatures and pressures. It is kept in a tightly closed container. It should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from incompatible substances.
