Xanthan Gum. Satiaxane™ VPC 930 by Cargill is a slightly anionic, nature-derived thickening agent for transparent formulations. It is produced through aerobic fermentation of sugars with strains of non-GMO Xanthomonas campestris.
- It is cold/hot processable, cold dispersible and is compatibility with alcohol (=60%), anionic & non-ionic surfactants.
