PMMA-S 8203

Polymethyl Methacrylate. PMMA-S 8203 supplied by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in US, Canada and Mexico is a fine, white, solid sphere. The particle configuration allows for light scattering properties, which diminishes the look of creasing on the surface of the skin which produces a “Soft Focus” effect. It imparts a “Ball Bearing” effect, increasing the payoff when used in pressed powders. It will help to produce a cream-to-powder effect in hot pour formulations by adjusting the level of usage (3-20%). PMMA-S 8203 is suitable for creams, lotions, lipsticks, loose and pressed powders.
