Novaguard™ EHGP

Ethylhexylglycerine (and) Phenoxyethanol. Novaguard™ EHGP by Novaphene Specialities distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in Europe (except Greece) is a mild liquid blend preservative suitable for personal care products. It is a paraben- and formaldehyde-free with broad-spectrum efficacy against bacteria, yeasts and molds. It offers ease of use with wide pH flexibility. Suitable for emulsion, oil, surfactant based formulations and may be used in aqueous formulations upto its solubility limit 1.0%.

• It is used in hair care such as (shampoo, conditioner and anti-dandruff products), skin care (cream, lotion, liquid soaps, moisturizer and cold creams).
• It is also used in sun-care (sunscreen lotions, sprays and cream), wipes (baby- and facial wipes) and deodorants.
• Novaguard™ EHGP has a shelf life of 2 years.
• It is Halal-, Kosher- and Ecovadis certified.
