Novaguard™ CGP by Novaphene Specialities distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in Europe (except Greece) is a globally approved, paraben- and formaldehyde-free preservative blend that combines antimicrobial protection with pleasant sensorial properties.

• It is a vegan, multifunctional ingredient with humectant, wetting agent and viscosity regulator properties.
• It is a broad-spectrum preservative blend in which the antimicrobial activity of phenoxyethanol is enhanced by the boosting effect of caprylyl glycol.
• Offers excellent dispensability, this preservative can be used in O/W and W/O emulsions.
• It is used in a variety of rinse off personal care products such as sun-, baby care, shower products, shampoos and conditioners.
• Novaguard™ CGP is well suited for high-quality care cosmetics such as creams, emulsions, wet wipe systems and gels.
