Octocrylene. Neo Heliopan® 303 by Symrise and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in Canada is an effective oil soluble and liquid UVB absorber offering additional absorption in the short-wave UVA spectrum. It acts as an excellent solubilizer for crystalline UV absorbers.

• It is an excellent option to photostabilize avobenzone.
• It enhances the overall durability of sunscreen formulations.
• It is free of any preservatives, antioxidants, incidental ingredients and is non-animal (BSE/TSE-free) and GMO-free.
• It can improve the photostability of butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane.
• Neo Heliopan® 303 complies with the Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and has a shelf life of 36 months.
