Stearamine Oxide. Macat® AO-18 by Pilot Chemical and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in US, Canada and Mexico is an outstanding foam booster and conditioning agent. It is a 25% active, naturally plant derived stearyl (C18) dimethylamine oxide in water. It is biodegradable, solvent and VOC-free grade.
