KRONOS™ 2171

Titanium Dioxide (and) Glycine Soja Oil. KRONOS™ 2171 by Kronos and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in Western- and Central Eastern Europe is a rutile purified titanium dioxide blended with a bio-based component supplied by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in EMEA. It is used as a colorant for oil-based decorative cosmetics and personal care products, including eye shadows, nail varnishes, creams and foundations. This white, natural-identical colorant has an outstanding low nano content. KRONOS™ 2171 disperses readily and has 20% higher tinting strength than anatase based alternatives. The Natural Origin Index (NOI) is 1 according to ISO 16128. It helps to protect the organic ingredients in the formulation from UV-decomposition. It is developed for environmental friendly cosmetics.
