Boron Nitride. Imdermalab® SBN by ImDerma Laboratories and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in APAC acts as a texturing agent. It is highly stable, ultra-high purity (UHP) version of this spherical form features no B–N bonding between particles, resulting in a softer and more lubricating effect.

• It helps improve texture, slip, payoff, spreadability, and adherence.
• While its low coefficient of friction delivers a smooth and silky feel on the skin with good optical properties.
• It absorbs excess oils to reduce stickiness.
• Imdermalab® SBN is used in foundations and liquid makeup, concealers, BB creams, sunscreens, and moisturizers, as well as in loose and pressed powders, lipsticks, pencils, and nail enamels.
