Exmollient®

Lauryl Methacrylate/Glycol Dimethacrylate Crosspolymer (and) Dimethicone. Exmollient® by AMCOL Health & Beauty Solutions (HBS) and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in US and Canada is an exfoliating agent and carrier. It is suitable for facial & body scrubs, oil-free acne & anti-aging cleansers, skin polishers, liquid & bar soaps, and medicated shampoos.

• It provides effective yet gentle exfoliation, supports skin protection and a rubout that prevents over-scrubbing.
• It controls particle attrition, provides a sensory cue of gentleness, and leaves a luxurious after-feel as an indicator of effectiveness.
• It is multi-functional delivery system capable of self-regulated exfoliation while delivering the ingredients entrapped in their core.
• Exmollient® enables simple formulation with high levels of silicones.
• Compliant with the Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015.
• It is available in 2 standard forms: 6038 for delivery of mineral oil and 7100 for delivery of dimethicone.
