This material can be used in conjunction with Biolube I-90 to make an emulsifier pair. The higher its percentage in the emulsifier pair, the higher the HLB value, which would give an oil in water emulsion. Can also be used by itself in creams, lotions, suncare, and makeup. The recommended use level is 0.5 - 3.5%.
