Compound that contains siloxane, alkyl and polyoxyalkylene groups.Can be used in conjunction with Biolube S-90 to make an emulsifier pair. The higher its percentage in the emulsifier pair, the lower the HLB value, which would give a water in oil emulsion. Can also be used by itself by itself in the oil phases of creams, lotions, stick products and suncare to enhance feel. The recommended use level is 0.5 - 3.5%.
