Hydrolyzed Corn Starch (and) Sodium Gluconate (and) Pectin (and) Sodium Benzoate (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Aqua. Glucover 01 SB/PS by Biopolax acts as a chelating agent and rheology modifier. It is a plant-based multi-functional ingredient for rinse-off personal care products. It is an aqueous solution of modified low molecular weight polysaccharides microgels (disaccharides and oligosaccharides) in the form of organic salts with functional properties. It is used to create transparent, Newtonian-flow and honey-like formulations with soft afterfeel.

• It provides aesthetic and gentle micellar rheology modification, mild chelating, foaming and cleaning efficiency benefits in salt thickenable sulphate- and sulphate-free solutions.
• It offers extra volume in hair care and moisturizing properties in skin care products.
• It is fast soluble, cold- and hot-processable, and added at the end of the process.
• It is used in shampoos, shower gels, hand gels, intimate hygiene, face washes and products for children.
• Glucover 01 SB/PS is a mild, non-toxic and biodegradable (OECD301F) ingredient with no eye or skin irritation.
• It is Vegan, food-contact safe, and is suitable for salt-free, water-soluble and gel formulations.
• It is compatible with solvents, alkalis and weak acids, anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants as well as enzymes.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
