Phenyl Dimethicone. Cosmethicone® SF-956 by BioMax Si&F is a phenyl-modified polyorganosiloxane. It is a water-proof and easy to emulsify grade. Offers good gloss, high refractive index and oxidation resistance. Exhibits excellent hydrophobic and gas permeable properties. Provides lubrication, UV protection, softness, non-greasy and silky feel benefits. Used as an additive to reduce the viscosity of the formulation. Cosmethicone® SF-956 is suitable to use in lotion, color cosmetics, shaving creams, skin-, sun- and hair care products.
