Açai Fruit Extract (and) Pomegranate Fruit Extract. Pleiotanicals® Ellagicin® by Biocogent acts as an antioxidant. It is prepared by extraction that permits the isolation of pleiotropic actives that have both antioxidant and protease inhibitory activity. Contains high levels of ellagic acid, anthocyanins and powerful antioxidants. Pleiotanicals® Ellagicin® is used in prevention of destruction of structural elements of the skin caused by excessive protease degradation. It helps in preventing damage caused by environmental and proteolytic induced stress on some of the structural elements of the skin.
