Hydrogenated Lecithin. BergaSom Sun 75H by Berg + Schmidt acts as a natural emulsifier. This product a high-quality fraction of lecithin which is derived from sunflower and consists of choline, phosphate, glycerol and two fatty acid chains. Advantages of BergaSom Sun 75H are skin protection (stabilizes the transepidermal water loss), improves the stratum corneum and is oxidation-stable. Special abilities allows it to be used in many different formulations, as well as for stabilization purposes. Used in the manufacture of liposomes, nanoemulsions, skin barriers, oleogels and formulations that is physiologically related to the skin, for cosmetic products. Applications include facial care, body care, baby care and hair care preparations. It complies with COSMOS and ISO 16128.
