Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate. BergaCare EM-CSO by Berg + Schmidt acts as an emollient, skin- and hair conditioning agent. It is based on palm and palm kernel oil, hence it is well tolerated by the human skin and have little environmental impact. It has medium polarity, high spreadibility and also helps the skin to stay soft and supple. It reduces evaporation and thus increases the moisture content of the skin. Also reduces irritation and drying out by improving the skin barrier. BergaCare EM-CSO is used in cosmetics for care of the skin, hair and lips as well as in sun protection and decorative products.
