Zinc Oxide (and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane. Z-COTE® LSA by BASF is an inorganic, broad-spectrum ultraviolet (UV) light filter. It provides broad-spectrum protection from long wave UV-A rays and medium wave UV-B rays by physically scattering, reflecting and absorbing solar radiation. It offers excellent transparency and outstanding dispersing properties. The filter is hypoallergenic.
Z-COTE® LSA is used in daily skin moisturizers, baby care and beach wear products formulated for sensitive skin. It is suitable for all kinds of skin and sun care formulations.
