LUVISET® 360

Acrylates Copolymer. LUVISET® 360 by BASF is a new styling polymer for exceptional textures and very strong but flexible hold. It supports anti-pollution claims. It is an efficient thickener for alcoholic systems. It is cold processable and suitable for hydro-alcoholic formulations with pH >7. It provides long-lasting hold even under high humidity conditions and low flaking. It is easy to handle, thickens quickly after neutralization and enables time savings in the manufacturing process. It needs less carbomer thickener to achieve target viscosity and has self-thickening capability. It provides self-thickening properties above 4% and ensures a pleasant consistency. It also provides a high degree of bending stiffness & curl retention even in formulations with low concentrations, better peaking and cushion effects. LUVISET® 360 is recommended for use in hair care products such as styling gels, creams, waxes and other textures.
