Mica (and) Phospholipids (and) Retinyl Palmitate (and) Tocopheryl Acetate. AE-Micasomes™ by BASF is vitamins A and E in liposomes. Once hydrated, gradually released their liposomes from the mica surface. In anhydrous products, high alcohol levels may promote dissolution of the liposomes. In aqueous products, should be treated as ordinary liposomes, low surfactant levels will ensure liposome integrity. AE-Micasomes™ is used in cosmetic applications.
