Styleze™ CC-10 polymer

VP/DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer. Styleze™ CC-10 polymer by Ashland Specialty Chemical acts as a conditioning and protecting agent. It is a unique copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide. It delivers superior & durable hold, long lasting curl retention and improved stiffness even in high humidity and at low usage level. Its pseudocationic nature makes it substantive to hair, providing volumizing & bodying effects and delivers improved shine, better manageability & cleaner feel. Moreover, it offers clear & non-tacky films, thermal protection and sprayable polyelectrolyte matrix in conjunction with rheology modifiers. It is supplied as 10% aqueous solution. Styleze™ CC-10 polymer finds application in formulating hair care products like gels, mousses, styling lotions/creams, styling sprays (non-aerosol), novelty stylers, shampoos and conditioners.
