Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (and) Polyquaternium-7. Aquacat™ IC by Ashland acts as a conditioning agent. It is a paraben-free cationic solution developed specifically for use as a silicone deposition polymeric conditioner. It can maintain unsurpassed finished product clarity with a wide variety of both anionic as well as amphoteric surfactant blends. Provides excellent detangling benefits during wet & dry combing, volumizing, silky smooth feel on wet or dry hair and creates brilliant shine. In addition, it does not build-up on the hair in day-to-day usage. It provides a lubricious feeling, which is often perceived by the consumer as a softer, smoother and moisturized skin feel. Aquacat™ IC is suggested for use in various hair- & skin care formulations like 2-in-1 shampoos, body washes and liquid soap.
