Methacryloyl Ethyl Betaine/Acrylates Copolymer. Advantage™ PG 30 polymer by Ashland Specialty Chemical acts as an anti-static agent and film former. Available as 30% solution in ethyl alcohol. Provides strong hold to hair typically resistant to shape changes, even in high-humidity conditions. Advantage™ PG 30 polymer is non-tacky & provides long-lasting effect to hairstyles. Offers good performance in curl retention, low stickiness and 3-point bend (hold). Used in hair gels and other hair care products.
