Agarose. SeaPure® Agarose by Arxada acts as an aesthetic enhancer, film former, sensory and rheology modifier. It contributes to emulsion stability. It is natural, mild, and non-irritating, with a clean, smooth skin feel that is naturally cooling. Suitable for formulations that are neutral, require no chelators for gelation and is compatible with a wide range of ingredients, including high concentrations of alcohol and acids. Exhibits exceptionally high gel strength, enabling versatile structure and texture characteristics at very low concentrations. SeaPure® Agarose is used in skin and hair care products.
