Undecylenic Acid. Oleris® Bio-Based Undecylenic acid by Arkema is a bio-based, bifunctional fatty acid with a terminal double bond made from a renewable castor oil source. Offers high purity, high reactivity and 100% linearity. It is used for sustainable vegetable-based & natural ingredients.
- Recommended for fragrance applications.
- Oleris® Bio-Based Undecylenic acid is Kosher and Halal certified.
- It is used as a chemical intermediate in the synthesis of cosmetics requiring its cleansing, emulsifying, preservative and surfactant properties.
