Menthyl Lactate. WS-517 by Anhui Chinaherb Flavors and Fragrances is a menthol-derived cooling agent. It has good heat resistance. It offers long lasting cooling and refreshing effect with no hot, harsh and stinging sensation of menthol or peppermint.
