Tapioca Starch (and) Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (and) Coco-Caprylate/Caprate (and) Lauroyl Lysine (and) Hydrogenated Castor Oil (and) Copernicia Cerifera Wax. Elastoblur® by Alchemy Ingredients by Elementis is a natural mattifying agent. It consists of a blend of different light scattering and filling powders in a soft wax base. It is manufactured from raw materials of strictly vegetable origin.
