Microcrystalline Cellulose (and) Cellulose Gum (and) Xanthan Gum. Sucrathix VX by Alchemy Ingredients by Elementis is a synergistic blend of powders which perform as a water gelling agent. It is an efficient, translucent water thickener, oil-in-water emulsion stabilizer and rheology modifier. It produces a shear thinning, low viscosity gel in water which is stable to electrolytes and high temperatures.
