Manketti Seed Oil

Schinziophyton Rautanenii Kernel Oil. Manketti Seed Oil by Afrinatural Holdings acts as a sunscreen and nourishing agent. It is obtained (cold pressed) from the kernels within the nut of Manketti tree. It contains unique eleostearic acid that polymerizes rapidly under UV light to form a film and hence protects the skin against sun and environmental damage. Rich in vit E, it can be used as a natural protective conditioner. The oil apparently coats the hair and forms a protective casing when exposed to sunlight but doesn’t leave hair feeling oily. It is equally good for soaps due to its refatting characteristics. It is a good alternative to shea butter and plam oil. Manketti Seed Oil can be used in a wide variety of creams, lotions, sun care products, lip balms, hair conditioning oils and body butters.
