AMPD™

2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol. AMPD™ by Advancion (formerly ANGUS) acts as a neutralizing and solubilizing agent. Is a neutralizing amine that provides pH buffering and stabilizing action and also assists in particle-dispersion stabilization. It is used in toilet soaps, facial cleansers, shampoos, hair rinse products, hair colorants, hair fixatives and grooming products, skin creams & lotions, shaving creams, astringents, shaving lotions, cosmetic oils, facial packs, facial powders/ body powders, foundations, blushes, rouges, eyebrow liners, eye creams/eye shadows/mascaras, perfumes, suntan & sunblock creams, nail creams, enamel removers. AMPD™ complies with European Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC and 2008 ASEAN Cosmetics Directive.
