Aminomethyl Propanol. AMP-ULTRA™ PC 3000 by Advancion (formerly ANGUS) is a neutralizer, stabilizer and pigment dispersion aid. It provides rapid, effective and efficient neutralization without yellowing. It acts as mild alkalinizing agent for semi-permanent and temporary hair dye. It reduces hair damage and provides performance strength to the hair, excellent washability, no polymer build-up, high humidity curl retention. AMP-ULTRA™ PC 3000 is well-suited for hair colorants, gels, mousses, styling aids and treatments. It is recommended for acid-functional raw materials used in a wide range of applications, including aerosol & pump hairsprays, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, body wash, color cosmetics and personal cleansers. It is used in dry shampoos, conditioners, natural alcohol-free styling gel, after-sun coolers and sunscreen lotions. Complies with European Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC and 2008 ASEAN Cosmetics Directive.
