Polyglyceryl-4 Polycastorate/Hemp Seedate. Galehemp® WO by Acme-Hardesty is PEG-free, non-ionic, water-in-oil emulsifier. It is derived from hemp seed oil. It possesses calming properties for inflammation and irritation while enhancing new cell generation. It moisturizes without clogging pores as well as softens and relieves sensitive or irritated skin. It is ideal for water in oil emulsions. It offers excellent texture in which liposoluble active ingredients, sunscreens, powders, and pigments are easily dispersed. It provides water-resistance, improved brilliance in make-up products and shiny appearance emulsions with reduced greasiness and pleasant skin feel. It is designed for the emulsion oil phase, in hot and cold process. The oil phase is very consistent, even up to 40%. It is recommended for rich and nourishing w/o creams and lotions. Galehemp® WO finds applications in sun-, baby care, sport-, body-, hand- and feet creams. It is Vegan-certified and COSMOS approved.
