Zinc Oxide (and) Triethoxycaprylylsilane. AakoSun ZnO TECS by Aako is an efficient inorganic particulate, broad-spectrum UVA and UVB absorber, scatterer and reflector. It is hydrophobic and can easily be dispersed in the oil phase of an emulsion. It can be used in combination with other organic and inorganic UV filters and will boost the SPF and UVAPF efficacy of the total formulation. Its small particle size make it non-whitening. AakoSun ZnO TECS has a shelf life of 2 years.
