Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone. Uvasorb HEB by 3V Sigma is an effective UV-B sunscreen agent, very soluble in cosmetic oils. It can be used in combination with other organic sunscreen & zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. To improve dissolution rate, oil phase is heated up to 70-80°C and added slowly under fast agitation. Uvasorb HEB is used in lipsticks, conditioners, skin care, shaving and sun care products.
